Hi there, I’m Amber. Just like probably every other trainer out there, my journey towards making my entire life about dogs started with my very own, Nakita. I left behind my career in tech in pursuit of days filled with teaching, both people and their pups - and I’ve never looked back.
Based in Courtenay, I work with families across the Comox Valley to help build strong, happy, and trusting relationships between dogs and their humans.
Recognizing the importance of expert knowledge in this unregulated field, I pursued comprehensive education through the esteemed Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Professional program earning me my certification at one of the top global dog training certifying bodies.
I promise to make your dog's well-being my first priority with an approach that is rooted in positive reinforcement techniques, focusing on clear communication and mutual understanding.
